The place was clean, I liked its staff and location. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, an electric kettle, central heating and an electronic key card. The breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Whole place was impeccably clean with pleasant views; prime location very close to main attractions. The beds were comfortable and the superior double room itself was well-appointed and beautifully designed.

It was surely a brilliant stay. Everything was really very clean - incredibly polite staff and a relaxing room. Located near restaurants and bars. Hotel was reasonably clean. Nice garden and lovely pool.

My room had pretty bad view.

The venue was superior, I liked the location close to the city centre, and river views. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.

We would come here again and recommend this place to all. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful! It is right by town centre, train station and the river, we enjoyed the view of river.

A straightforward hotel in York. Plenty of fresh food for English breakfast. Staff were all especially helpful and very flexible. The roof top bar was good and the drinks were cold. Set near bars and restaurants, it was a plus...

The hotel was DELIGHTFUL, had great location and staff. I loved a really beautiful decor and nice furniture. The fantastic view on the sea. The easy check-in process too.

Shame the bathroom was leaking.
